Dr Gustin is an excellent doctor!

Bridgit was very thorough asking questions and examining me. Dr Gustin explained what he thought was wrong with me and suggested a treatment plan including PT and something I can use at home to help me get better.They were very nice. I trust them and know I will get better now.

Dr. Gustin really listened and took time to describe the situation and next steps.

Dr. Gustin was very attentive and kind. He acknowledged my nervousness about the whole situation alongside my frustrations surrounding not having answers for my pain. While I needed to be redirected a few times he did so kindly and explained everything he was going to do regarding testing and ensured I was comfortable and even engaged in friendly conversation, presumably to soothe my nerves and get my mind off of whatever shame and anxiety I was feeling. He answered my questions promptly and respectfully and even talked me through past X-rays I had for my symptoms which all came back normal, explaining what they looked for in an X-ray, something that really put me at ease. While he did not tell me what he thought my problem might be I still think the appointment went better than I ever could've imagined and recommended PT, something I readily agreed to instead of a new medication. He listened to my concerns and genuinely considered my thoughts. All and all it was wonderful and made me confident that this was a good next step in figuring out a treatment plan and finding what exactly is causing my symptoms, a feeling I really needed after some more disappointing past experiences in my journey.

Dr. Gustin is an excellent communicator! The care he takes when giving cortisone injections is also excellent--also I have had excellent reults so far!

Dr Gustin went over the X-rays and MRI results with me and explained exactly where the problem was and what could be done about it. He made sure I understood the issues and their solutions and then he called my insurance company while I was waiting and got permission to do the procedures to help alleviate the pain of that same visit! I was extremely impressed and very thankful!
