Wendy Clifton, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Methodist Physicians Clinic Indian Hills. She completed her medical training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Clifton has always enjoyed helping others and thought a medical career would help her do that daily.
During school, Clifton was drawn to family medicine and the ability to work with patients of all ages. Working in family medicine, she most enjoys the variety of patients she sees and developing long-term relationships with them.
She's practiced family medicine for more than 25 years.
"My mission is to treat every patient like I would like my own family to be treated," she said.
Clifton believes that Nebraska Methodist Health System allows her to do just that. "The organization truly does put patient care first," she said.
In her free time, Clifton enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family. She and her husband have two sons.
