Dr. Franco is one of the best! He always takes the time to sit down next to you and listen to what you are saying and is very good at clarifying as needed. Fully engages in the plan of care and is always conscientious about asking about things, we may have discussed last time or things in my life outside of that office. An absolute delight and a true Collaborator in care.

Dr. Franco did an excellent job of breaking down the complex medical responses in my body to the electrical stimulation of the EMG into layman's terms I understood. He thoroughly reviewed the results of the procedure that by the time I left, I had a complete understanding of the disease process occurring in my body and I barely had to look at his formal write up when it populated in the portal later that evening. His genuine interest in my hobbies and life in general really put me at ease and helped with bonding and rapport

Dr Tom Franco is excellent! Very knowledgeable and caring about not only the botox injections but also my overall health. He always performs a general check of my heart and lungs and discusses how my a-fib is doing.
