I always feel heard by Dr. Konigsberg whenever I bring up any questions or concerns at my visits. She never acts pressed for time or her own agenda. She's an amazing listener and care provider.

She explained everything she was going to do and why the decision was made to do the biopsy. The information was wonderful! She told me what she was going to do and when that changed at all. Example: "I'm going to numb the area" then "now I'm going to insert the needle to start taking the biopsy." Telling me each move eased my mind. I appreciated it!

My provider is a very caring person and great listener. She's professional. Staff provided medication samples to tide me over prior to appointment and new prescription. She pointed me to a practical way to save on my future prescriptions.
