As a nurse practitioner, Rachel Bilek, APRN, relishes the opportunity she has to help people every day.
"I'm passionate about building relationships with my patients and helping them achieve their goals," said Bilek, who sees plastic surgery patients at Methodist Physicians Clinic. "I feel a great sense of pride in providing the best personal care to each and every one of my patients."
Bilek earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln and her master's as a family nurse practitioner from Clarkson College in Omaha.
She wants her patients to know that she'll be an active partner in care that addresses their health "inside and out."
"I love learning about their lives and finding out what's important to them," she said. "I love getting them one step closer to their goals and making their day just a little brighter by helping them smile or laugh."
In her free time, Bilek enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog. They like being outdoors, swimming, attending school and sporting events, and visiting family and friends.
