I had not previously met norInteracted with her before. She was genuinely concerned with my well-being and my immediate needs and also for my longer term needs. She told me that if the medication she prescribed wasn't helping my needs in the next 48-72 hours that I should contact her. I was VERY IMPRESSED with her.

This was my first time seeing Olivia and I was so impressed! She's absolutely amazing: relatable, approachable, didn't feel rushed. She genuinely wanted me to feel better (plugged ear) and gave me lots of options.While I was there she made sure I was doing good with my Asthma meds, which reminded me that I needed a refill & wanted to try a new drug (air supra) and she actually confirmed my insurance covered it, the estimated price and gave me a savings card. Literally never had a provider do that, and I wish they all did!
