About Margaret E. Kinney

Meg Kinney, MSN, ARNP, NP-C, is a nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology at Methodist Physicians Clinic. She graduated from Creighton University.

Kinney became interested in medicine while studying exercise science at Creighton. That interest grew when she took a class on clinical exercise testing and EKG analysis. An internship in cardiac rehabilitation solidified her career path in health care.

Kinney and her husband have two children. Youth and church activities keep them busy. Kinney is also a temporary faculty member at Creighton's College of Nursing. In her free time, she enjoys reading and exercising.
