"When I make medical decisions or treatment plans for patients, I ask myself, 'Is this the care that I would want my family member to receive?'" she said.
Hollins believes that trust and comfort are important aspects of a patient-provider relationship.
"Patients should feel like they're being heard and trust their providers with their care," she said.
Outside of work, Hollins enjoys spending time with her family and their dog. She also enjoys nutrition and being active.
