Jennifer and her team were wonderful. I tend to get very nervous during appointments and they were quick to make me feel more at ease. She explained everything she was doing and asked for consent, which I thoroughly appreciated.

Jenny is probably my favorite provider I've seen - she listens intently and is genuinely happy to help with any issues!

I first seen Jennifer when I was pregnant with my daughter (she's 14 months currently) and she's really just great all around, great bedside manner, is understanding and patient during my appointments when I've had to bring my two toddlers and the littlest is crying, had even held her for me to helpCalm her. She called me when some labs came back and talked about treatment. Really enjoy her as a provider.

She is very attentive and easy to talk to. Very upbeat

Doctor Scranton was truly one of the best providers I've ever gotten the chance to work with. She made this whole entire IUD experience so easy-going and also talking to me kept me very distracted from the pain that I was in during the insertion.

Jenny is AMAZING! She is so kind hearted and well spoken. We visited for an 8 week pregnancy appointment and recieved nothing but the best from Jenny. She taught us so much about our first pregnancy and walked us through what to expect over the leading weeks. Her kindness and tone eased any anxiety. She offered a ton of information to inform us about safety during pregnancy, too!

My regular doctor is Dr Jacobi but I saw APRN Jenny for the first time during this visit to go over a specific need I had and she was FANTASTIC. I have been a patient at Methodist for 2 years and every time I visit, I have had the best experience! Jenny was amazing, so personable, listened to my concerns, addressed the problem, got me booked for an ultrasound within 30 mins of seeing her, helped me with needed supplies while I was there and was just overall so positive and nice! I was so happy with the experience I had and felt completely cared for while I was there.

Jennie is a kind soul. She is very personable and I can't stress enough how kind she was. Despite our situation and outcome, she really made an impact. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Loved Jennifer!!! It was my first time with her but I was pleasantly surprised. I normally hate going to the doctor because all they want to do is just give me a pill. Jennifer understood that's not my approach and that I would prefer to start with adjusting my diet, exercising more, taking a vitamin first. She listened and understood where I was coming from.
