Dr Higgins was thorough and patient. I had some questions about starting a statin, and he spent time with me to make sure I understood my options and that I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I know he is busy, and I really appreciated the fact that he seemed to care about me as an individual and did not make me feel rushed even though I'm sure my situation is pretty minor compared to his average patient. I'm grateful that I got to see such a competent, caring doctor.
