Dr Starkey was very empathetic regarding my care and other Info. For instance when we talked about providing my medical power of sttorney document for the file he clarified what some of my decisions actually meant. He continues to be very easy to talk to and shows he's truly listening.

I recommend Dr. Starkey to everyone. He is hands down the best doctor I've ever seen. He has always read other chart notes (PT, nephrology, etc) ahead of time and is ready to discuss them. He also spends as much time in the room with me as I need and never makes me feel like he is rushed. Dr. Starkey is a great example for other doctors when it comes to making a patient feel seen, heard, and cared about.

Dr Starkey is great! He was thorough, compassionate and seemed very knowledgeable I did not feel rushed and was able to get any questions I had answered. Once my test came back that afternoon he called me on the phone right away and explained my diagnosis and what I needed to do to recover. He also gave me an option of taking Paxlovid for my Covid diagnosis and explained that it may not be the best way to go since there was some adverse side effects. I appreciated his honesty and valued his opinion. He recommended some things I could do at home to help my symptoms. He stressed the importance of letting him know if my breathing symptoms worsened. The next day he followed up to see how I was doing.

My first time with Dr. Starkey. I really liked him he took the time needed to get to know me and my history. Wonderful personality!!

I saw Dr Cooney for some 40yrs and had confidence in him. Seeing how much care and concern Dr Starkey demonstrated with my mom prompted me to choose him as my primary care doctor. He seems very knowledgeable.

Switching doctors can be tough sometimes. But Dr. Starkey is smart sharp kind and he made it easy. He has that bright light in his eyes that exudes passion for his work and compassion for his patient. I am so pleased to have him as my primary doctor.
