This was my first time seeing Erica and she was recommended to me by a family member. This was the best doctors appointment I have ever had. I voiced all of my health concerns, and Erica had a genuine interest in everything I said. We worked through all of my concerns together and she came up with a game plan for everything, which is something I've never experienced with a provider. We ended the visit with labs and I informed her that I have a really hard time with needles. She said she has someone who will take care of me. I do not have a name of the phlebotomist that did my labs, but she was absolutely amazing. I walked out of the room smiling which is something that never happens after labs. She distracted me with funny conversations and she was so good that I didn't even feel her poke me. I have never been more satisfied with a doctors appointment.
