Growing up with a love of science and community service, Dr. Emily Lange was inspired to pursue medicine by witnessing the community involvement of the physicians in her small town in Missouri. "They really had a drive to serve the community they lived in, and that's where my interest was piqued," she said.
Today, Dr. Lange is an OB/GYN and said that sitting down with patients and earning their trust is her favorite part of her profession. "I like discussing with women where they are in their life and what they feel their health needs are," she said. "So many women relate their health care needs to their family and community needs, and I enjoy having that conversation with them as well as providing their medical care."
Dr. Lange said the thrill of delivering babies never gets old, and neither does helping women with their most intimate care needs. "One of the privileges of being an OB/GYN is being a part of miracles every day for families."

LOVE Dr Lange and all of her staff, she has been my OB/GYN for 10 years and helped me with some very difficult times. She's done it with grace and empathy, she's a FANTASTIC Dr!! I will continously choose her to my Dr and recommend her to everyone!!

Dr. Lange provides great care during our visits. She provides detailed information, offers advice on my concerns (even if it happens to be more daycare related than healthcare driven), and most notably she listens and you can tell she cares about my well being. I will always recommend her as my healthcare provider.
