Carlyn G Pentzien, APRN

Carlyn Pentzien, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, WHNP-BC, has experience in a number of medical specialties, but her heart has always led her back to obstetrics and gynecology.

"I enjoy getting to know my patients and their life stories," she said.

With particular interests in women's health and hospital medicine, Pentzien lives out her passion of caring for OB/GYN patients daily at Methodist Physicians Clinic. She strives to provide each of them The Meaning of Care, which means "treating everyone as if they are your family member," she said.

Pentzien, who served in the U.S. Air Force and Nebraska National Guard, spends a lot of her free time outside. She enjoys being on the water, skiing, traveling and spending quality time with her spouse and two dogs.
