Dr.Pentzien was absolutely amazing. She was professional, caring, understanding and made sure that I knew absolutely everything that was going on the entire time. She also made sure I was aware of the risks of everything. She made me feel so comfortable I will not be seeing another provider for this service ever again. This was actually a very eye opening experience for me. I have a long history of intense fear and anxiety around anything medical or pain inducing. I avoid being seen by a medical professional at all costs. I simply had no choice to make this appointment and I explained my anxiety while making the appointment and she was 100% understanding and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. She let me know what she was doing every step of the way and let me take a minute to breathe if I needed to. Although I didn't enjoy the actual procedure being done, I did really enjoy the provider and her ability to understand my anxiety. She really made me realize that not all medical related things/people are scary.

I will probably switch to this APRN as my regular, I was very pleased.

My normal doctor was out on delivery so was nervous about having someone new and she was great! She (just like Dr Markham) made me feel at ease during the appointment.

Really liked Carlyn Pentzien. She listened to my concerns, went over everything she was doing, provided a medication plan and followed up with an email in the portal.She was so nice and kind, she made me feel heard and felt comfortable sharing with her my concerns .
