She is very well educated, very professional, very empathetic, very good at listening, and very good at explaining medical conditions, required tests, treatments, and follow-up recommendations. All of my visits with Erica have been the best overall medical care that I have ever received. In the past I switched providers for someone closer to my home, but I Always end up going back to Erica because she is so good, it is well worth the trip.
