Stephanie K. Neuhaus, MD

Dr. Stephanie Neuhaus is a pediatrician at Methodist Physicians Clinic Hawthorne Court. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she also completed her pediatrics residency training.

Dr. Neuhaus remembers the exact moment she fell in love with medicine. At the age of 12, she was a nanny for her pediatrician. The stories this doctor told of experiences in the field fascinated and inspired a young Dr. Neuhaus. Having a newly sparked interest, coupled with her love for children, she decided she would one day pursue a professional medical career.

"I love working with kids. I can't imagine a more rewarding job than helping families through helping their children every day."

Dr. Neuhaus is passionate about helping people, and believes the best way to do so is by developing open communication between the physician and patients. Being a mother herself, she ensures every mom's concerns are listened to and addressed. She also strives to create long-term relationships with patients, and loves being a part of their lives as they grow into young adults.

In her free time, Dr. Neuhaus enjoys spending time with her family. She frequently stays busy by attending her children's various activities. When she has time to herself, she loves letting her imagination run wild in a good book.
