Dr. Franklin compled his undergraduate work at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Dr. Franklin attended medical school at the University Of New Mexico School Of Medicine. His residency training was completed at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Rockford, Ill.
Dr. Franklin is board-certified in family practice. He is a member of the New Mexico Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is active in Boy Scouts as a Scoutmaster and Girl Scouts as a parent volunteer.

I love Dr Franklin! I've been seeing him my whole adult life, he delivered my kids & nephews & sees a lot of my family! He's really good people and it's always a good time to see him! (I also look forward to seeing his daughter's very accurate drawing of him every time, LoL)
