Dr. James Steier attributes his love for medicine to the family physician from his youth. Growing up, Dr. Steier admired this physician for his dedication, diligence and compassion. He considered him an incredible role model. Inspired to be like him, a young Dr. Steier decided he would one day become a physician and deliver the same level of care he received from his family's doctor.
Never wavering in his decision, Dr. Steier completed medical school and his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Having accomplished his goal, he is now a family medicine doctor at Methodist Physicians Clinic.
The value of human life ñ care for every person that comes along no matter what the issue is.
Dr. Steier is dedicated to providing high-quality care to everyone. Like the family doctor from his childhood, there is no problem too big or too small for him, and he will remain diligent in delivering exceptional care to all patients.
In his free time, Dr. Steier enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing a good round of golf. An adventurous person, he can also often be found in the air, training people in aircraft operation as a flight instructor.
